Easy Peasy, Tasty Family Meal for Dinner Tonight! || Follow along for a Fresh, Delicious Home-made meal that even I can cook!

Hey Mama,

I don't know about you but sometimes, I'm so sick to death of the same old meals every night but I just don't have time to get creative with dinner. For a long time, Peter and I have used Hello Fresh boxes which we love but  they can get costly if you have them every night of the week so I mix it up with some slow cooker recipes and a few "Just throw everything in a pan" recipes.

The recipe I'd like to share with you today is the latter, a good old just throw it all in job and better yet, it's in instagram story format so quick and easy to follow too! You can find it here 

Ingredients for 2 adults are:
1 Onion
1 Punnet button mushrooms
1 Broccoli head
1 Shredded carrot
Concentrated chicken stock
1 Pack raw King prawns
Cajun seasoning
2 Medium eggs
1 Rice pouch
Soy Sauce
Peanuts
Paprika (optional)
Chillies (optional

Once you've made this once you'll keep lots of the ingredients in your cupboard and it's so easy to do you'll make it time and time again.
